CM Mohan Yadav: Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Concludes UK Visit with Cultural, Academic, and Commemorative Engagements

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav visited Warwick University in Coventry on Wednesday as part of his European tour. During his visit, he interacted with Professor Robin Clark, Dean of Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), and Indian students studying at the university.

"Warwick Manufacturing Group is globally renowned for fostering innovation through collaboration between academia, industry, and the public sector. I explored their state-of-the-art facilities, engaged with students, and witnessed groundbreaking projects," Yadav stated in a social media post. The visit marked the conclusion of his UK leg before proceeding to Germany.

Prayers at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir

Earlier in the day, Yadav visited the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in London, where he offered prayers and interacted with members of the saint community. He expressed his admiration for Hindu Sanatana culture and emphasized its global influence.

"The beauty of Sanatana Dharma lies in its diversity, allowing the worship of 33 crore deities and promoting values of non-violence and coexistence," Yadav remarked. He lauded the Swaminarayan Sampradaya for enhancing India's global image and prayed for global welfare and prosperity.

Commemorating the 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks

On Tuesday, the Chief Minister participated in a solemn ceremony at India House in London to mark the anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. The event, hosted by the High Commission of India, included a photographic exhibition as a tribute to the victims of the 2008 tragedy.

Yadav joined members of the Indian diaspora and UK dignitaries in paying homage to the lives lost, reinforcing the collective resolve to combat terrorism.

As Yadav continues his European tour, his engagements reflect a focus on academic collaboration, cultural promotion, and strengthening India’s ties with the global community. His next destination is Germany, where further discussions and partnerships are expected to unfold.
